Sock Wars!

I've never been into knitting socks and here's another reason - knitting them can kill you! Actually its a competitive extreme knitting sport. Each participant knits a pair and mails them to their assigned 'victim'. If you receive a pair in the mail before you've finished the ones you're making you are 'dead' and have to send your pair in progress to your killer.

Here's a recently completed knitted object - a Christmas pudding! Pattern provided by my mother via the English Women's Weekly - they always have the most kitsch patterns.
