Happy Valentines Day
Being the bitter cynical person that I am (and usually single) I normally ignore Valentines Day. However, this year I was able to combine knitting with hearts and sarcastic love messages. A group of us went knit-tagging last night, decorating Sydney's Martin Place with assorted knitted items. Each item also had a heart with a message on it.

This one is right outside the Channel 7 Sunrise studios
The tags on this one read 'Do my trotters look big in this?' and 'All men are pigs'. A couple of Japanese tourists came to take photos too. They asked us if it was an Australian tradition. Sydney SnB'ers - doing our bit for Australian-Asian relations.
Some of my other favourite tags:
'Sorry I didn't apologise earlier - John' and 'When it comes to relationships - bourbon, bourbon, bourbon'
